Carmen Linares will also present work from her new album Raíces y Alas and you’ll have the opportunity to see Pedro Guerra in concert singing verses by the late Ángel González.
But there will also be some novel approaches to poetry in the festivals attempt to relate to everyday life. These include: Miguel Pardeza, an ex-player from Real Madrid, as well as being a graduate in Philosophy and Literature.
The educational component of the festival includes the exhibit Dulces Versos: Degustar la Poesía (Sweet Verse: Tasting Poetry) and the workshop Nos comemos un poema (Eating a poem). Cakes and pastries that illustrate various poems.
