Competition: Escape to the Middle Ages

Take part before the 30th June 2011 and you could win an escape to the Fiestas Calatravas in (Jaen) in July to explore part of the Route of Castles and Battles. The prize includes accommodation at the Rural Apartments Vía Verde del Aceite, a meal at Restaurante Almocadén and a journey back in time to a medieval meal at Alcaudete Castle. Another competition from Tertulia Andaluza.

The Fiestas Calatravas in Alcaudete (Jaen) are one of the most well-known medieval celebrations in Andalusia. The area gets all dressed up in period costume and dealves into the Middle Ages and celebrates in and around its Alcaudete Castle. Take part to win a journey through time and the chance to escape the humdrum of everyday life.

The prize:

· Two nights from the 8th to the 10th July 2011 for up to four people (two adults and two children) at Apartamentos Rurales Vía Verde del Aceite
· Lunch for four people (two adults and two children) at Restaurante Almocadén on the 9th July 2011
· A medieval dinner for four people (two adults and two children) at Alcaudete Castle on the 9th July 2011
