Intense and with a strong perfume, those of you used to more classic cocktails may find it a little intense at first. Even so, if you start out slow, this is the ideal aperitif or accompaniment to any meal, especially cheese. Cocktail Andalusia is the perfect drink for a warm evening, as you watch the sun set on the horizon.

1. Fill the cocktail mixer with 2/3 ice.

2. Add sherry, brandy and white rum.

3. Shake vigorously

4. Rub the edges of the glass, preferably a Martini glass, with a orange peel to add a perfumed punch.
